Name: Ralph Santos
Company: Re/Max Traditions
Area(s) Served: Los Angeles County
I specialize in Los Angeles County Area healthcare sales such as skilled home health agencies, hospice agencies, residential care facilities for the elderly, medical practices and more. When you are looking at creating a legal and binding business purchase or sale, you need to be extremely careful. There are literally tons of questions that you need to pose to both your agent and to the other seller or buyer. If you are seriously looking for a healthcare business and or looking to sell a healthcare business, please allow me to spend some time with you!
Protection. My job is to protect your sale and to protect your investment. I have a trusted escrow company that will help in ensuring that all funds are accounted for and that a UCC filings search is done. I will also make it my job to include certain phrases and or contingencies that spell out exactly what both parties expect from a healthy business transaction.
Marketing. I will get your listing to as many potential buyers, potential investors and or friends of potential buyers/investors as possible. How do I create this lead generation? On my end, I will work with my extensive network/database of over 20 years in the healthcare market. From the moment that my client signs their listing agreement with me, I begin to create our marketing materials. Through our brokerage, our in-house marketing department ensures that we create momentum about your business listing.
What are you looking for in a Business Agent? If you don't know, you are not alone. Many people do not know what a competent Agent can do for them. My name is Ralph Santos, a Los Angeles native, that is now working for you alongside with Park Regency Realty. I am a no nonsense person who doesn’t believe in mediocre work. I grew up in Gardena, California and upon graduating from Gardena High School, I was given the opportunity of being able to serve our glorious country! I was accepted in the United States Army, where I feel that I was able to mature and grow as a person. During my active duty service, I was honored to have attained the rank of E-5 (Sargent) after two years alongside with the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Non-Commissioned Officers Professional Development Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Honor Graduate from my Communications Military occupation, participation in the Panama theatre, namely Operation Just Cause, to name a few. As the end of my military service came about, I opted to pursue my college education. I graduated with honors, Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
I obtained my license and my registration as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) and the majority of my professional career has been in the field of geriatrics, specifically in working with my patients in their homes. My duties as an OTR/L have included working with clients on modifying their homes due to expected changes that come about from our normal aging. While working as an OTR/L, I decided on going back to school to work on my graduate degree in the field of business.
I obtained my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in Carson, California. I was able to merge my skill set as an Occupational Therapist with the knowledge given to me via my MBA and I was able to successfully open three health care businesses in the Los Angeles area. One company was a skilled Home Health Agency where we offered nursing and therapy care in the home. The second company focused on staffing therapy and social work professionals in the home and the latter company was an outpatient therapy clinic that served the geriatric population.
I also had the opportunity of working with an orphanage as an Occupational Therapist in Ghana, Africa where I was part of a Cap Stone Program for USC, supervising student therapists and working with patients in Africa. What a life changing experience! And, I was an active member of the Glendale Masonic Lodge #368 where I eventually became the Lodge Master, overseeing over 800 members, their widows and orphans. This latter position allowed to me learn how to work within the parameters of a corporate like group that has a large philanthropic role in our world.
